Mechanism of transmission

Name transfer from one user to another includes these steps:

• Primary Auction: Users with an invitation can bid for names. The highest bid at the end of the auction period wins the name.

• Secondary Auction: Users can resell their names.

• Direct Transfer: Names can also be transferred directly between users without the need for a secondary auction.
